As you can see from the date beside my starting weight, I have been at this for a year now.
Things I've learned during this year of struggling with my weight.
When your doctors tell you that you can't try to lose weight by using supplements, fasting, or cleansing and you can't lose weight very fast or you'll heart will be pissed, it makes for a difficult journey.
Whooping cough really sucks.
At my best this year, I was down 20 lbs.
Then I gained most of it back.
10 lbs in a year?
That is a miserable performance. I don't think my doctors meant this slow a weight loss. I'm sure they wouldn't mind me picking up the pace a little.
But I'm still plugging away. Maybe this year will see better results.
