Weigh In Wednesday - Stressed


Did you know that 'stressed' spelled backwards is 'desserts'?

And let me tell you, there is definitely a direct correlation between how stressed I feel and how tempting desserts become.

This past weekend I had two craft shows.  That meant that I didn't get a weekend. No time to de-stress and have some mommy time.  Nope...

That made me very stressed out and anxious. So I have had a difficult time avoiding the snacks. 

Even though my calorie counts haven't been great, I ended up losing one lb this week.

As a way to relax last night, we went to the mall for dinner and the kids worked up enough nerve to visit with Santa.


Lane wouldn't sit on his knee, but this is a huge step! First time chillin with Santa!
