On a week when Halloween, my anniversary and my women's ... um... stuff... are all happening at once - I didn't gain any weight! Booya!
Didn't lose any either... but that's OK.

This was the first week that I went over my calorie allotment on one day. It wasn't Halloween, or even the day after Halloween. It was my anniversary. We went out for dinner and I said, "To hell with the diet today, I'm gonna enjoy myself." I came home and still did my workout, so the damage wasn't that bad.
But did you know that veal parmigiana, salad with dressing, fresh baked bread, and pistachio ice cream adds up to 1259 calories? And I'm only allowed 1626? So yeah, I barely ate during the day in anticipation and exercised afterwards and only went over my count by 20 calories! :D
Measurements as always are being weird...
Actually not that weird. I gained an inch in my thighs and calves and lost an inch in my chest. This only shows me that my exercising is working. I'm gaining muscle in my legs and chest as well as losing the fat. Yay!
Here are my little people getting ready to trick or treat for a mountain of temptation. I've put the box of Halloween candy out of my general sight so that I will remain strong.
