Weigh In Wednesday: Chubby Cheeks


Starting Weight: 174 lbs 09/12/11
Current Weight: 166 lbs 10/12/11
Target Weight: 150 lbs

Weight Change: 8 lbs
Remaining to Lose: 16 lbs
Avg. Lost Per Week: -1.9 lbs


It's been one month of calorie counting for me today.  And it's paying off in a big way.

I lost 2 lbs this week.  I exercised 6 out of 7 days and kept under my calorie allotment 7 out of 7 days.

I lost an inch on my hips and an inch on my bust this week as well.

I can't believe it's been a month and I'm 1/3 of the way to my goal.  I've lost 8 lbs already!  I'm so proud of myself for sticking to it.  And I'm proud of Terry for sticking to it with me.  We actually made it the whole weekend without eating out (although we did eat out on Thursday night).  And we made it through Thanksgiving dinner without going overboard.  Yay!

I wish I could say that I'm losing a pile of inches, but like always when I lose weight, I lose it in my face first.  I should have measured my chubby cheeks.  Then you'd see some inches lost!
