That's my "What the hell - this sucks" face.
I weighed myself this morning and was at 164 lb - so I might be on the cusp of losing a bit more. But I always take my weight measurement at my heaviest in the evening. And last night I was at the same old 166. Bleh.
This week I exercised 5 out of 7 days and stayed under my calorie allotment 7 out of 7 days. But in order to keep under the allotment and continue to eat fatty foods like bacon - mmmm... bacon - I had to not eat all day pretty much. Not a really good way of going about it.
We're working on getting back on track this week. I will do better!
