Dress Up and New Bracelets

Thank goodness for Pre-School teachers. Or at least, thank goodness for Logan's pre-school teacher. Teacher Sylvia has her ear to the ground on all things kid related. She had a friend who had a little girl who is bigger than Lane with a ton of outgrown clothes. Lane happens to wear a lot of Logan's hand me downs. So much so that people call her a boy quite a bit. Teacher Sylvia noticed this and also knows that I have been having a break from sewing until I heal and that I have leanings toward upcycling kids clothing.

Ta da!

Logan's teacher came over today after work with 3 big boxes of girl clothes for Lane and to fuel my upcycling passion! :D

Oh my gosh! There are so many clothes.

These are only the size 2 summer stuff. There are two more boxes full of size 3 stuff!

Lane has been in little girl heaven. She is playing dress up. She demands that her parents sit on the floor of the laundry room and watch her "try on" all the clothes.

I didn't teach her this. It must be a girl thing. She's going to be such a clothes horse.

In other news - you guys really love Tawny Bee Friendship Bracelets. I sold two more sets today! :D

My plan is always to replace a sale in my shop with two of a similar product. So I made four new sets of friendship bracelets this afternoon. I love designing these one of a kind accessories.

Here are the new ones:
