******Contest has now closed. I will randomly draw the winner this afternoon Saturday December 18th. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to enter!*****
It's that time of year again when thoughts turn to what you can make out of all that wonderful fabric that you've accumulated throughout the year. OK - maybe that's the time of year every day of the year haha.
Anyway, I've been collecting some pretty great boy flannelette for some time now and have made some awesome boy pajamas out of it. Now it's time to give some of this boy fabric away to one of the lucky people who either: a) read my blog on a regular basis or b) are visiting from Sew Mama Sew.
Sew Mama Sew is hosting a December Giveaway and I'm going to participate. I've won such great things every time I've gone through the list of participants and entered as many of I could in a week so I thought I'd give some of my stash away this time.
Here is what's up for grabs:
Three cuts of boy themed flannelette!
I'm in Canada so all measurements will be in metres. But no worries to my American readers - all the cuts are large enough (bigger than a yard) to make something good even if you can't (or are too lazy like me) do the conversion.
First up: 0.8 metres of Skulls
Here is a cute picture of the jammies I made for Logan out of this same fabric
Second: 1.0 metres of Dinosaurs
You may recognize this fabric from Logan's birthday post yesterday. He was wearing the jammies I made for him in the top photo.
Third: 1.1 metres of Happy Frogs
You may recognize this fabric from a post last week about making pajama pants for Handmade Holidays. Remember I told you about my brother in law who wished he could have cool Froggie pants even though he's an adult? Logan posing in his froggie jammies is the bottom photo on that post.
That's a total of 3 metres of colourful and fun boy fabric yay!
Now for the fine print:
- I will leave this contest open for comments until December 17th.
- At that time I will draw one lucky winner using that handy Random Number Generator thing.
- I will mail the fabric out to the winner the next day.
- This contest is open worldwide.
- Please make sure you have a way for me to get a hold of you - email in your profile or soandso(at)gmail(dot)com in your comment. I would hate to draw a winner only to have no way of reaching her/him.
And for the hoops you gotta jump through in order to have your entry counted (don't worry, I'm not making it that difficult):
I have been working on my Zibbet shop lately - including signing up for a premium account. I would love for you to visit Tawny Bee on Zibbet and let me know what your favourite item is. You can also leave a little explanation as to why it's your favourite item if you want, but I know you're all busy entering all the giveaways, so do what you can. I'm trying to figure out what new stock to make next.
That is all! See, it's not too painful.
If you are a follower (new or tried and true) let me know in another comment for another chance to win. I will be a bit of a hardass though. If you don't answer the first question, I won't count your entry.
Or if you like everything in short little status updates, you can become a fan of Tawny Bee on Facebook. That will get you another entry (or tell me if you already are a fan).
If you have time, or would like to visit again later I'd love for you to become a follower of The LT Experience. We're just a regular crazy family doing regular crazy things. There are some crafty activities, sewing and tutorials thrown in as well.
Come back soon. And to those who have been here all along - I love you! Come back on Tuesday to see how our Christmas Tree turned out :)
And go on over to Sew Mama Sew to see all the blogs participating in the December Giveaway Day.
