Project Upcycle Day 18 - XOX Bath Puffies

Yesterday I asked you what I would make out of some leftover netting from a baby gift that I received, some pretty gold ribbon that I got on another gift and a pair of terry cloth pajamas? The hint was: hugs and kisses.

1) Cut the netting into 3 piles of puff.

2) bunch up the puff and tie securely with pretty gold ribbon.

3) Cut out 2 X's and 1 O from the terry-cloth

4) Sew together and stuff with some of the leftover terry-cloth. Attach to the bath puffies to make a nice little scrubber.

Pretty! They will be oh so luxurious in the shower. And extra hugs and kisses are always welcome :)

*** These XOX bath puffies will be listed at Tawny Bee for $12. Half the proceeds ($6) from the sale of this set will be donated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation as part of my Upcycle For Heart and Stroke 2010 campaign. ****

Stay tuned tomorrow when I will be making something out of this blue flannel shirt and 2 reclaimed snaps. What will it be you may ask? Hint: Handsfree Toddlers!
